    • Well, I've kinda fallen off the waggon, as it were! Brekkie this morning has been 3 mugs of Coffee and a packet of caramel digestives

This follows on from sommat with rice on friday, sommat with spuds and yorkies on sunday...

Best I get back on track tomorrow.

        • Got a feeling I will gain this week. Yesterday was a 'day off' from the diet to celebrate son's wedding anniversary.

          • Day one of the 'taking it a bit more seriously' diet:

Soup, 1 bit of bread, 3 crackers
Leftover thai tofu noodles, grapes, cereal bar
tiny bit of cake my flatmate made me

and for dinner im gonna have couscous salad and a nut cutlet, then some banana and vegan custard for afters. yum yum

Now off to the gym too

            • Still undecided until I've seen my GP, I'm sure this fluid balance is taking its toll because I'm certainly not over-eating!

                • Being good this week (actually I don't even feel like cheating or bingeing, I feel lighter, more energetic and healthier)
Small bowl cereal for brek, same or a yog for lunch, normal dinner (Jkt or pasta, beans, salad) No booze.

Mr TS seems to be getting used to his new liquid diet (200ml of smoothie, soup or anything blendered, 6 times a day)

                  • I put on a pound this week, but I'm ok with it, as I let the diet slide anyway!

Back on the horse this morning, have also done a 3 mile run this lunchtime

                    • Ok, I wasn't over-eating until Himself asked if we could have home made chips and battered cod. Haven't done it for years and really, really enjoyed it, so definitely off the wagon.

Yep - me too. I've not been doing as much exercise as I should (just running up to the shops at lunchtime) - now, I can do more, and it feels easier.

Just as well, really! Don't suppose you'll get him taking up jogging or anything, but it'll be interesting to see at what point he starts feeling the benefit of not carrying so much weight around.

                        • Yes Hazel thats how it works for me too - helps to lose some weight so you notice yourself feeling lighter, then its not so bad when your running about or exercising a bit more.

Now I lost 6 KG yesterday! Or, weighed myself at the gym and I was 86KG and not 92KG like the work scales told me! I thought 92 sounded a bit over. So there, I said it. I wanna get back down to 72kg, Its gonna be a long slog and me eating copius amounts of food today and flaking out of cycling to work will not help

I can see the changes already, he no longer has round cheeks. He used to be able to squish his face up like a shar pei dog, and now he can't

Did you sign up for the Norwich 50? We'll do it but haven't started any "training" yet (too cold, too windy)

It's all fun and games in your house isn't it!
It's great when you start seeing or feeling the results, though. I appear to be melting from the top down. I too now have cheekbones. Mr Teez will not be happy about the next thing to shrink though......
