It's great when you start seeing or feeling the results, though. I appear to be melting from the top down. I too now have cheekbones. Mr Teez will not be happy about the next thing to shrink though......
The size of his wallet? You'll need new clothes

          • Momentous occasion this morning..............first time my weight has dipped below the 15st mark in living memory!

14st 13lb this morning which leaves me only 6lb to go before I get to the magical 14.5st..........

Not bad considering I was over 16st 8lb at the turn of the year.

            • Congratulations Snadger and Very Well Done! I'm off to get weighed now, even though I haven't particularly "dieted" this week. Just curious to see if there's been any change.

                  • Lack of work = more time for dog walking = losing more weight.
Since starting to diet in October, I have lost 4½ inches from my waistline, 1½ inches from my hip measurement, and a total of 1st 9lbs. Got a long way still to go, but I feel I am making progress.
Next problem is, I can't afford new clothes.....

                      Very well done indeed !
I'm having a hard day with a whingey kid - we scoffed 3 bags of Doritos and 2 breakfast bars for lunch ... each. I think wine may be consumed this evening too

I'm waiting for mine to be old enough to walk, then I plan on taking advantage of the additional exercise, too.

I don't have the same problem regarding clothes, being a hoarder, I have a wardrobe full of smaller items! And a sewing machine...
