  • Week 5, day 5 (day 33)

    Breakfast: special k
    Lunch: WW chicken tikka masala
    Dinner: beans on toast
    small glass wine, 2 x pints beer


    Exercise: run up to far end of shops & back

    • 200g loss for Mr TS this week - that's a stone and a half roughly in 5 weeks. He's stopped snoring, which is the best thing.
      He's had quite a lot of red wine this week, otherwise he would've lost more

      He gets his band tightened soon, so he'll be losing more come April

        Breakfast: special k
        Lunch: poached egg, 2 x bread
        Dinner: salmon, salad, couscous
        small glass wine, 2 x pints beer


        Exercise: 4 hours at the Hill

        • Back on the three day diet this week! Cripes its hard this dieting lark innit?

            Breakfast: bran flakes
            Lunch: mum's delicious chicken, leek & mushroom pie, roasties, veg then mum's even more delicious mandarin cheesecake & cream
            Dinner: beans, 1 toast, 2 bacon


            Exercise: none

            • Quite a lot of white wine this weekend, but hopefully balanced by a couple of jogs with the dog, and a few hours of digging. Haven't managed to weigh in yet

              • Did my longest walk to date to-day.
                Loughborough - Nottingham(City centre) about 16 miles took 4 & a half hours.
                The river Trent is lovely, I know because I have walked on it for 18 years.

                          Breakfast dry-fried egg on 1 slice 'naked' toast
                          lunch 2 ryvita with cottage cheese, 1 apple
                          supper Chilli con Coney, with a little rice and a lot of stir-fried veg.

                          will be drinking Cobra Zero with supper (no alcohol until nearly Easter), had cranberry-squash (very dilute) with lunch and ice cold semi-skimmed milk with breakfast.
                          snack, a few grapes.
                          Flowers come in too many colours to see the world in black-and-white.

                              • Since my hypnotherapy on Friday I haven't snacked between meals at all. Not even been tempted.
