Let's lose a bit of weight.....

  • Momentous occasion this mornng! After having lost a good bit of weight my weight had 'stopped' and I even put on a few pounds last week.
    Drastic measures were called for so I've went back on the three day diet!
    Pleased to say that after a weigh in this morning I am 14st 8lb's
    With a startweight at the turn of the year of 16st 8.5lb that's a total weight loss of over 2 stone.
    If I can hold this weight until Sunday evening (my weigh in time) THAT IS IT..................FINITO.......DONE..........HAPPY!!!!!!!!!

    PS.......I couldn't have done it without you lot.

    • Congratulations Snadger, you've done incredibly well. I'll be having another go later in the year when my medication is (hopefully) sorted out.

        Breakfast: bran flakes
        Lunch: poached egg, mushrooms, 1 bread
        Dinner: skinny lamb goulash
        1 wine

        Exercise: ran up to the shops

            Lunch: 1 x toast, beans, 2 x bacon
            Dinner: pork chop, pot, veg
            2 pints beer

            Exercise: ran up to the shops

              Lunch: homemade courgette soup, roll
              Dinner: WW saus & mash, veg

                  • I took Mr TS's jeans in 2 inches at the waistband today (he's lost 22 pounds, and not even had his band tightened yet. It's been through smaller portions & healthier food)

                        Dinner: beans on 3 x toast

                          Lunch: cheese spread & lettuce sandwich
                          Dinner: skinny fish pie
                          2 x sherry, 2 x pints beer

                          Exercise: all morning at the Hill - dug a bed & shovelled contents of compost heap onto it

                          • Had a bit of an experiment on the scales today and have found if I change my feet position and my centre of gravity (I.e. lean to one side) I can get down to below 13 stone!
