      • Mr TS has lost another 3lb, despite not really altering his eating habits (his band has been slightly tightened so he can't eat big lumpy food like steak, but chips & cereal still goes down).

I've put on 2lb again (I'm hovering around 55.5 kg which is where I always get stuck). My tummy fat has nearly gone, but I just can't shift that stubborn wobbly on the inner thighs

        • I try to lose 'gut fat' but always lose 'face fat' first!

                      • I take my hat off to you BW - 1500 cals a day is no mean feat especially as it's meant that you've given up your BEER.

But surely you are where you want to be weight-wise now - time to let up a bit?

Not far off now need to shed another 4-5 lbs. I will soon go up to 2,000 calories a day.

One point some of my jeans that I could not fasten I now need a belt for.

                          • wow, well done bubblewrap! thats amazing!

i once lost that much weight, i couldnt even wear my old jeans they were so big. can't fit in them now though (the skinny or the fat jeans )

Diet today has been OK (i think) had lots of little meals:

breakfast - bowl of soup and bread
lunch - 3 snak a jacks, grapes, cereal bar
snack - tiny bowl of pasta, bowl of salad
dinner - bowl of fruit salad with a few nuts and soy yogurt.

walked from work to home which is nearly 3 miles, and did about 3 hours of housework (mopping, hoovering, changed all the beds, 6 loads of laundry and drying, ironing etc etc)

I have nearly reached 90kg which is nearly my fattest its horrible! i found a pic of me when i lost lots of weight at uni and im so slim, my stomach is flat and jawline you can actually see. i think i will keep looking at that picture, maybe it will kick me back into practice.
