lost this week: enough!
total lost: about a stone, and a dress size
Target weight: 9st 7lb before the end of April
Left to go: that's it!
Right, that's your lot, folks - I have achieved what I set out to do! And an unexpected consequence is being able to run 8 1/2 miles at a pop, and think nothing of 'nipping out for a run' of 3 miles in my lunch hour.
Thanks for being with me peeps - I wouldn't have stuck to the straight and narrow without you.
Mmmmmmmmmm methinks I've got myself a deadline. Just signed up for the Great North Run. My eldest son has Chrohn's disease so is doing a sponsored run for the Chrohn's people. I've been volunteered to run with him.
I've ran it three times before but we last did the GNR together about 14 years ago so he may finish up carrying me........
My other son is running for another charity so one can get my arms and tuther my legs.
Must lose 1/2 a stone or more before 16th September as getting on towards 16 stone is just too much to carry around the 13 mile track with my gammy heels.........
My Majesty made for him a garden anew in order to present to him vegetables and all beautiful flowers.- Offerings of Thutmose III to Amon-Ra (1500 BCE)
Good incentive to lose weight Snadge. Will it be "THE" diet again? We've a few people at work who always run it for Sheffield Kidney Research Foundation. I'll look out for you. On the big screen from my couch
Got my GNR pack through so decided to have an early morning jog this morning to see if I've still got it after so many years?
Ran for about half an hour continuous without stopping. Chuffed to bits at how comparatively easy it was. (Must be all the dog walking!)
Must endeavour to lose 1/2 stone at least as it's like running with an extra three bags of suger strapped to my waist at present.

Probably do the 3 day a week quick fix for a cuppla weeks then onto the Atkins-ish diet for a while.
Basically, not having seconds or puddings as I do now, or biccies in the morning should just about do it!

I have lost 8 pounds in 4 weeks, not trying just can't eat still. Ho hum. Plus the half a stone before makes just over a stone since xmas. Lightest I've been for about 3 years!

Seen you do it before, so sure you can do it again, very best wishes for your success Snadge, will you still be having cake tomorrow?

Good time to build on it Janeyo when you're able to. Keep smiling.
