I had porridge too FF, with blueberries and strawberries.
Lost 2lbs yesterday at SW weigh in, tidy.
Forgot to bring lunch, I'll just have to wait until I'm home for tea
I've been filling in the myfitnesspal and back dated it to Monday. I like it, it persuaded me last night to go and do an hour on the bike.Last edited by Mikey; 19-10-2012, 11:13 AM.I'm only here cos I got on the wrong bus.

I am also on my own little quest to shed a bit of weight. I had to buy a bigger pair of trousers for work (couldn't get the old ones on without removing my wallet from the back pocket, and my wallet ain't exactly fat ). I also tipped 17 stone on the scales for the first time (albeit in jeans & boots etc). It was time something was done.
So on September 13th I bought a pushbike, with the intention of not using the car for any more short journeys (popping to the post office, etc). So for the last 5 weeks or so I've been on my bike. I've covered 268 miles, lost about 10lb and got quite a bit fitter. Can't believe how well it's going in such a short space of time.
So my tip is, buy a bike. Oh, and then use it.Our England is a garden, and such gardens are not made
By singing-'Oh how beautiful!" and sitting in the shade,
