Got no comfrey oil,only a,i understand how you feel,stop thinking of it as fall of the wagon,if your head is not in the right place,it will never work,apparently having your main meal at lunch time is better,as you have more time to burn of,i myself have gone through all the grrrr stuff about what i look and feel like,what makes it worse is,it's in my own control,some days is good,then the odd ones are bad,eventually it will be mostly good,a slower lose is better,have a look on MFP,am there to,lets see if we can inspire each other,
