I know you've seen the "diet" included a drippin' cake this morning and truthfully, before I accepted it, I gave myself a good talking to. I just wasn't listening.
I'm resurrecting this for my own personal benefit!
As many of you know, and are probably totally sick hearing about, I'm trying, and failing to lose my lard. I have about three stone to lose. No, I don't want to convert it - it'll only be a bigger number!
My main problem is willpower. I'm supposed to be off the carbs, which does work, and works well, if only I can stick with it. Yesterday I ruined it by scoffing a M@gnum, and took a couple of digestives, when offered, with my afternoon coffee. This morning, I'm scoffing hot buttered toast! Yes, Hubby's fault for buying the bread and not hiding it in the bread-bin, I know, but my fault for giving in.
Has anyone had success with Hypnosis?

That's an idea, G4 - I have no experience of hypnosis for diet, but think I've seen it being advertised. I guess that you'd have to work out your 'trigger points' and then the hypnosis can 'divert' you away from them?
I think that if you have an alternative therapy Clinic near you, you would be able to have a free discussion to assess whether this is a viable path. Look forward with interest to seeing where you go with this.
I wish you luck G4. I found it so easy when I went to WW, but as you've probably seen on this thread, I haven't managed to shed the extra stone (or so) that I've gained since then. It's just lucky that I'm tall. If I was 6" shorter, I'd be fat.
