If they have electronic tags does that make them battery hens?

I heard on the radio that some people are trying to get an ASBO on a swan. Though how that will work I have no idea. It think it was one of those wacky stories. I wasn't paying too much attention at the time so can't remember where it was.

I just wonder if it happened who would actually be issued with the ASBO. I can just see someone trying to serve one on the queen as technically all swans belong to the crown.

Ma'am, I have been ordered to serve you with this Anti-Social Behaviour Order. It seems one of your swans has been causing trouble. If you don't control it properly your benefits will be stopped.

Mine chase my 3 cats away from their food and steal it. I set my collie on them! One of them is a rooster that crows like a distressed child!

                          Lucky me!

I think my Zelda would have an asbo. She bosses the others around and will keep breaking curfew by flying over the pen. She waits then encourages the others to do the same by walking up and down the fence 'boking' encouragement. She also lies in wait for any unsuspecting hands anywhere near paecking distance and seems to be working on a very convincing cockeral crow!
