        well now....Enfield!. (had to look it up since i actually come from NZ!)

        mentioned in the Domesday book.
        has had a market since 1303
        Ermine St, the great Roman road runs near the town center
        the first ATM in the world!! was in Enfield....opened in june 1967
        Saracens Rugby Clun train in the area

        famous people from Enfield.....goodness...the list is rather long....i'll pick names i know!!
