We're of the snuggle and drink at home brigade too. It's prohibitively expensive to drink or socialise anywhere else these days.....

We are with you on this one Wellie, definitely snuggle brigade in this house and we have downsized our expenditure, so don't go out much these days - really don't enjoy standing in a noisy pub paying stupid prices and not hearing what's being said!

I was so disappointed when there was no snow when I woke up but its coming down now and sticking, any more of this and I'm off home to make snow angels in the back garden!!!! Yipee

As Elmo says, it's snowing here now, not really settling much but a bit of white stuff for the first time this winter.

It's started!!!!
About 8.30 there was a very light suggestion of a sprinkling, but it's still coming down, the very fine stuff that will stick on the cold ground.
I've only got to go out to the gym today (10 mins walk) so am chuffed to bits.

Lots of snow here and still falling. A few cars braving the hill out of the village, and mostly not making it. A day off, yippee (being self employed I could work from home, but sledging with daughter looks far more fun)!

Its been snowing here! Lad across the way has built a nifty snowman too....

Only downside is either snow over Salisbury Plain or on our satellite dish means no Sky (Eek! when they turn off terrestrial).
