I think you could look at the dig for victory campaign Newmannewy - and have a look at the wartime diet which is widely considered to be a very healthy one.
Since then dietary research has confirmed the protein value of beans (drying beans, not green beans) and we have the advantage of a few extra flavours such as chilli, garlic and herbs that weren't so popular. You will need flour and fat to complete the home grown elements though, and from memory your plot is a little too small for self sufficiency but you could go some way.
