Bet that got your attention, would just like to say a big thank you to everyone. This is like having a whole knew family at your fingertips. Just what I needed. Keep up with the chitchat it`s cold outside.

Hi Hilary, Yes it`s the same Wiltshire. Not so sunny Melksham.
Mick.
The time to visit Melksham is just before Christmas. That mad bloke with his highly-lit-up house raising money for charity!
You've got a not-bad farm shop nearby (but Whiterow is better, and I like the one at Allington near Chippenham).
No idea what Melksham would be like to live in (and only know Swindon from doing surveys there, but that does give a lot of clues....).
Might see you around one of these days....
Flowers come in too many colours to see the world in black-and-white.
Yeah it is great on here is it? I rely on these lovely grapes for lots of advice. All my grandparents are dead these days so I had nowhere to get all the information that my oldies used to store in their brains, until I found this forum. It's a never ending fount of wisdom (and giggles).
Ah, and not forgetting a little(lot) emotional support when most needed.
Growing,
Raspberries,toms,chillies.broad beans,runners,peas,carrots,parsnips.beetroot,onions,garlic, cucs,potatoes,salads,sprouts,broccoli,cauli,and more. sweet peas,chrysanths.lillies......
The flowers are mainly for the care home Mums in. + the excess veg. Am trying to get everything up together in next two weeks. Go to Czech in two weeks for two weeks home for weekend then have to go straight back again on the Mon for 2/3 weeks.Mick
