Ta, just updating my work calendar or I won't remember, it's my substitute memory.

What's the address? Do fields have addresses?

Can't we have a treasure hunt to find it?

You'll have to ask Sarz! Lol. However knowing my skills at decoding clues, I'd never actually get there

                      I'm still jealous, you lot

Could you please try to tone down your general sense of excitement at how much fun it will be, and please try to emphasise muddy fields in Yorkshire's bad weather?

For example, no list should include sunscreen or sunglasses; instead, your lists should be restricted to wet weather goods such as wellies and umbrellas. And at no point should anyone mention any form of alcoholic beverage, home-made or otherwise

Errr. apart from that, have fun
                      Caro

Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach him how to fish, and he will sit in a boat and drink beer all day

                            Wellie Boots.
If everyone brings a chair each then no one will be sitting on the floor.
If OH comes and we camp we will also have a gazebo.
                            Water, For drinking.
Washing up bowls or paper plates.
For lights we use those glow sticks they last a long time and lets you see enough.

Daughter has last rowing race on the sunday so a bit of a conflict going on.
                            Gardening ..... begins with daybreak
                            and ends with backache

Wish we were coming, but OH won't! Herewith my bright ideas.

Each bring full set of eating kit, including 2 cups/mugs (you are sure to end up needing a second one at some point).
You will need the means to cut up crusty bread (pre-sliced is no good with BBQ food), and try to get enough volunteers to bring big bowls for things like salads, my guess you will need at least 1 bowl per 6 people present.
Before you get started (ie in late planning stage) decide on a chores-list. Asking for volunteers is fine, but far enough ahead to ask again on whatever jobs don't get enough volunteers (preparing the things that go with BBQ, washing up afterwards, etc). If every family is doing their own prep and washing up, you will need a rota for who goes first.
I'm going on a bit about washing up (haven't finished yet) but it is a very important element when camping.
                                Wash-up facilities, plans for......
Flowers come in too many colours to see the world in black-and-white.
