I'd go for it Janey, you're obviously doing a good job with your own little ones so the ages shouldn't matter & it may lead to something full time in the long run.

So I accepted the post and have now done 2 weeks. It is only 2 afternoons a week but that entails 160 children over 6 classes! Teaching French to Yr 3,4 5 and 6.
I am enjoying it, better than supply.
The children are all really positive about it. I am constantly bombarded with bonjours etc whilst in the playground and picking my other children up.
OH has even heard all the mums talking about how great it is when he takes my eldest to footie training.
Just hope I can keep it up
No pressure....... lol
