What makes the perfect shed?

I like how my shed has several shelves across the windows where I can leave my gloves to dry out in the sun(!)after weeding. I know people can see in, but so far we have had no probs with break-ins. (I hide all the tools under fleece and towels)Last edited by Nicos; 22-02-2007, 02:55 PM."Nicos, Queen of Gooooogle" and... GYO's own Miss Marple

I must admit when I first got my lottie last year I said I wouldn't put much down there just in case it broken into but it's slowly filled up. I got the biggest shed we're allowed which was 8 x 6. I've then divided it to provide space/privacy for the portaloo - an essential for long days down the plot.
Then sheves and hooks for tools space for the camping gas stove and kettle etc. It's now like a home from home. It's better that way I've decided cos it means I can walk down there and spend all day there where as some of the other chaps down there drive there and back severl times in a day or don't spend as long there. The only thing I don't have is a stove for heatingit. Probably best though as I'd be staying in there more rather than getting on with the digging when it's cold.Last edited by Nicky; 22-02-2007, 03:07 PM.

Pink....!
Not really my colour. But a shed is a dream house as much as the brick thing at the other end of the garden. The law will hang the man or woman

Hello Katie, I hope you get your dream house. As for the shed, well I think that's maybe a man thing. As for me, it's just a place to store the things that need storing. I don't care anything about it - but then I can't see it from the house.. Do let's know how you get on with the house, and your hopes and dreams for the shed.
