  • Water's Edge Photo Project

The Summer Solstice is coming soon, and to celebrate it, there is a one day only project up and running

Water's Edge - Capture your environment on the Longest Day

The idea is to go to your nearest water's edge and take a photo. It can be as creative as you want it to be.

Then text or email the photo to the Project.

The want to hold the record for the most amount of photos taken on one day....

    Just passing the info on

That sounds like fun. Would my side of the "English Channel" be eligible?

I love the cloud reflection in the water - very nice indeed.

I'm really looking forward to seeing the finished item even if I don't get on it. I had so many ideas that I didn't know what to send so just sent my 1st idea!

Thanks, There was some broad bodied chasers and blue damselflies in the pond when I went to take the photo.

I was originally looking to take a picture of a water vole, as lots of signes, but they did not show.

Lots of patients to catch just a sight of a vole me thinks let alone a photograph. I think the professionals set up a movement activated cameras on a known run - way out of my league.
