This thread is aimed at the blokes but if you girlies insist you too can join in, purely in the spirit of fair play. These are Man sheds or workshops not allotment sheds I am talking about
I am fortunate enough to have access to the rear of our home and have built a rather large workshop. However, it isnt big enough as when I went in there this evening to make some posh wooden plant labels for the lottie i couldnt get near to the sawbench let alone cut wood.
Six hours later:-
I can see the floor,
have all of my home made cider sitting in racks,
have all of my tools back into their homes,
have binned the post Christmas tat
have even peeled up the raspberry jelly made at Christmas (but ended up in the shop as the microwave caught fire and the workshop had an extinguisher, that wasnt dry powder),
laid out all of the seed taties in trays till I plant them,
Laid out all of my onion sets in trays ready for planting,
Cut 6 bags of kindling from all of the collected bits of wood that I kept tripping over,
Found a old copy of Razzle with somebody who looked like Mrs D in it,
And finally rigged up an ariel for our old 32" tv so that I can watch 6 nations Rugby whilst wood butchering.
From a blokes perspective, do you ever have enough room in your shed or workshop and secondly, do you ever let the OH in willingly other than to bring you a cuppa?
