Help needed ASAP

I have recommended this site to a very dear frien and they have registered. Unfortunately they have used their real name and added their internet address as part of their name. Can anybody help with info on how to de-register the personal details and start again with 'pen name'. the person in question is quite anxious so immediate help would be appreciate.

Hi ger-annie-um a PM is a private message, click on Lesley Jay's name and select private message - i think its quite easily sorted i did the same thing a few years ago but all was sorted!
