Heard it's blowing a hoolie up your way FF. Hope you don't get any damage. Quite windy down here today, must be the tail end of what you're having. Fingers crossed the sun comes back out for you soon to ripen those toms!

      No rain here either.
My OH was telling me that in the future new builds are going to have to put water tanks under ground to take gray water for watering the garden, flushing loo's and the like.

still no rain here either. It did have a half-hearted go at it for a couple of hours on Thursday morning. Then it gave up when it saw all the work it had left to do.

It's definately blowing a hoolie up here, Selfraising I'm less grumpy now - had a cuppa. Don't now what's worse - being parched dry or soaking wet Think I'm just jealous cause everyone else has ripe early toms and I've got green ballbearings

You just can't win FF it's either too hot or too wet! My toms aren't anywhere near ripe yet so you're not the only one, probably too damn hot and dry down here pahhh! If all else fails it's gonna be jars and jars of green tomato chutney

Do what I do - put yer Laundry out. Bound to make it rain. Failing that, organise a barbecue party!

Me too! Have had loads of laundry out, all dried nicely but still no rain. Kept looking like it might this afternoon but it seems to have all blown over now

Yeah, me too! Had a dozen wash loads out and dry in the last week. In fact, I'm hunting for things to wash, just to make it rain! LOL

It'll wait until the 12th, when we're on holiday, then it'll pee down!

Well, still no rain (unless you count the four drops that fell yesterday lunchtime).

Same here, a few likely looking drops fell about lunchtime and then not the light rain forecast at 4pm and then the heavy rain forecast at 9pm, which would have been perfect.
                          Not any of it

I've got two poorly kids as well, so finding the time to water and look after the garden, is difficult.

No rain on the weeks forecast either.

Please ignore everything I say, I make it up as I go along, not only do I generally not believe what I write, I never remember it either.

We had a light shower late afternoon yesterday, but then the sun came out again. It's overcast this morning so I'm really hoping for a downpour later.

We had rain yesterday morning, but not a lot. It's threatening to do the same now, and it's a little cooler now, which is refreshing.

There ios about 20 rain spots on the porch roof at this moment could do with about 20 million to join them.
