Advice on a checklist to set up a school veg patch please!

Thats an idea! We publicised our idea at the school fair last week and there was lots of interest. Sold some courgette plants and did a veg box from my lotty to show aht we could grow.

Am hopng to visit schools with gardens this week to see how they did it. Can you think of questions which might be useful to ask?
Am thinking of the following
Funding, set up and long term
How did they convince the school?
How do they maintain the garden, especially over hols?
How is it incorporated in the curriculem?

Any others, im sure theres loads but am going a bit brain fused!
