Computer?

Hey all

I would like some advice from you computer experts, I am wondering how you would update a desktop computer? It is coming up to 5 years old in August. It is not connected to the internet my desktop computer and I want to know how you make it go faster. There is a few games I like to play on it and look up at old videos and stuff, but it is a bit slow so how do you update a computer without the internet and having to buy an other computer.

You can add more memory.
Tidy up the temporary files.
Defrag the hard drive.
Remove unwanted programs.
Run a virus check.

Replace some of the parts? Buy a new processor and video card. They are not too expensive. You will have to check compatibility with your motherboard to see if they fit with everything else..
