Anyone else notice this when viewing photos?

Ok yup its the vine then. I have seen this happen as well! I have windows explorer 8 so it is playing up on most browsers by the looks of things. Oh well, at least now I know for sure that I have not just had one too many glasses of wine after getting fed up to the back teeth job hunting on the net, then having a look around on here to chill. I had had a couple of glasses of wine the other evening and I wondered why I was seeing double!
