Shouldn't of gone to TT best fix is to get another ISP

I am just having a quick look on here whilst I am at work on BT provider.
What is the chances of becoming member of the month and then switching provider to talk talk and then being unable to view the site?
I have tried to change DNS and run all sorts of checks but it is talk talk for sure.
