QQ re GYO "free" seeds!

I've just thought about ordering the "free" seeds in GYO but then saw at the bottom it says mainland delivery only. Can anyone tell me whether that's just if you get the trees etc which I don't want?

I've ordered some before but can't remember what it said re delivery then!
