If this is genuine let's hope the power of Bookface/Twitter etc can be put to good use and identify her in order for the correct authorities to be able to prosecute.

I've been told it is genuine and the police and RSPCA. are looking into it. Even if it turned out to be some sort of sick spoof it's still totally despicable and someone needs to be brought to account.

Binley, you know what I think to this despicable woman...EVIL...PURE EVIL. I don't care if the cat had a poo in her garden or dug up her prize Geranium there's no need to dump the poor thing in a bin, that's just sooo wrong.

Someone I know who has posted it on FB has heard from a friend who seems to know the woman and has been told to contact the police. So hopefully that woman will be having a knock on her door .........
