I gave up smoking over 20 years ago. Bully for me you may think but I am still now addicted to nicorette gum. I chew through probably a sheet a day of 4mg gum. I hate the fact that my jaw is continually chump chump chump but am I alone in this need for the buzz?

I gave up using the gum, but, and no joke, it took me about three months to get off the gum.
I wouldn't mind but it tastes disgusting. -

How did you do it PDBLAKE?
I've tried going by halves, and then down to 2mg. I've even tried switching to lozenges and the ones shaped like tic-tacs. No avail.Comment

I just decided I'd had enough of the tip of my tongue being numb and never bought any more. Now if I could only have done that with the fags
