Just got back from the Chilli Festival,Dane end dolly must still be there as she's offline, and can't believe how big it has become. When we last went about three years it was just a few stalls in the courtyard area but now it's huge, spread throughout the grounds. Not many seed sellers but lots of oils, pickles and sauces and lovely plants - all things chilli related in fact. I bought chilli beer(I kid you not!!) very hot sauce for OH,and a lovely dwarf plant that is now looking lovely on my windowsill. It will fair better inside as the slimy creature decimate mine in the greenhouse and it's to hand for cooking.
If you can get there,it's worth a trip.

Oh, you poor thing! Hope you're much better now. Yes it was really good. Just amazed at how big it has grown- very popular with all sorts of people . It was lovely to see lots of families. Will definitely be going next year.
I always go th their snowdrop days early in the year with Mum, just because it's such a lovely setting and they do a free RHS day but haven't been to the summer festival. Will have to look out for that. Maybe see you there next year!!
