Just 'Googled' roses and found 3 with the name Sarah.

Sarah (Meilland) Large flowered Grandiflora Hybrid Tea, Pale Pink.

Sarah Shurb rose a blend of soft pink peach and coral.

The one I liked best was Sarahs Rose which is a Yellow Hybrid Tea.

Once again, sympathies and condolences to her family and friends. I haven't been a forum member for very long, but I am sure she will be sadly missed by all who new her. The loss is painful, but the memories are sweet.

I have looked into the logistics of going and unfortunately can't attend her funeral.

Obviously out for me too, but I am lucky that Sarah sent me a number of Jerusalem Artichokes and Beans and so I will have a permanent reminder of her in my garden. I like the idea of the rose though.

Have checked the staff situation at work for this week, and still have too few to be able to take a day out of the branch, so I will ensure that I have my break at 11am and will be there in spirit, even tho I cant make it in person! Would have loved to be there, but we are going to York in June, so may just be able to pop round and pay our respects at that time.
                Blessings

I shall take a break from the hedgelaying on the plot at 11:00 & think of you SS.

                    Nicely put Nick.
I am still very emotional about Sarah's death and we had news of another death at the weekend, which hasn't helped. I bought a card for Will today, and will spend time on Thursday week planting the Soapwort seeds she sent me.

I'm sorry that I wont be able to attend, but my thoughts will be with Sarahs family and friends. I will stop work at 11am on Thursday and think about Sarah and all the help and advice that she gave, not just me but everyone else. DDL

Seem to remember seeing that Will had posted somewhere that they were taking donations for the Sue Ryder hospice in Peterborough - please correct me if this is incorrect although it is a very worthy cause.

Never met Sarah but her posts indicated a very generous spirit and her passing caused me to reflect on the impact our lives have on our surroundings.

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?
