Changing the times twice a year - we'd LOSE an hour's dark evenings if we didn't have this stupid rule. Less dark evenings, less hours entertaining the Grapes with daft threads to keep them out of mischief. Everyone's a winner.

There's still a little snow on the grass verges and in piles where snowmen used to be. This means:
- You should drive at 20mph in a 40 zone
- You should park across two parking spaces
- You should ignore anyone flashing to let you out until the have come to a complete stop, stared you in the eye and used several polite, then rude hand gestures.

We are on the 3rd attempt to deliver our new furniture (1st attempt was 18th Nov!).
Delivery slot was confirmed yesterday as between 2 and 5pm today. Driver has just rung to say they are having problems and will deliver between 5 and 6pm.

All I can say is THEY BETTER CHUFFING HAD!!!! I am going out to dinner at 7 come hell or highwater, and I'll be shoving a strongly worded letter up this company's Customer Service Department, coz I've had just about enough!!!! GRRRRRRR!!!!

Having to pay no unloading fines when delivering for work. Means I worked two days last week for nothing. Have now refused to deliver to London and they can fire me over it if they want.
