Parents who are STILL sending their kids to school with no breakfast nor mid-morning snack. They can't concentrate, their behaviour is uncontrollable: they are HUNGRY ! Worse still, they are so used to being hungry, they can't even recognise that they ARE hungry

Just to expand on Two Sheds' theme ... bad parents in general, eg parents who expect other people to bring up their children for them, usually teachers, nursery workers, or their pals' parents. Why have children if you can't be ar**ed to do anything for them. You don't deserve them and you sure as anything aren't doing them any favours if you can't bring them up properly.
