Jumping through how many hoops to get a rescue dog? It's been a visit every day this week (90 miles of petrol) but I finally got permission to have a dog today. So, turned up at the home and the lady who "does all the paperwork" isn't there so I have to come back AGAIN ! I have the certificate, I have the donation, what's the big chuffing problem? They knew I'd be coming
