Oh, how glad I am that I read this thread; I wasn't feeling anywhere near as bad as I thought I was... *heads off to flagellate myself for having used microwave rice, pre-chopped veg, ordinary soap, and, god forbid, a tumble dryer...* (oops, sorry, got carried away, the tumble dryer hasn't entered the discussion yet..)
