    OH BLEDDY YES
I remember an ad for the lottery once where there was a man saying if I win the lottery, It wouldn't change my life - I'd still take the kids to the park and then the picture pans out to them in a wildlife reserve somewhere in Kenya yep, that'd be me.

Too right (though for a minute I thought you were suggesting living near Manchester) - I have it all planned out and have ongoing plans as to how little I need to win to retire and live my dream (and it really isn't that much depending on which varient of the plan is invoked).

I love my life, why on earth would I want to change it?

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

I have enough for me and him. If I won loads and gifted it I would from then on feel responsible for changes in their lives - good or bad......

I don't do the lottery so if I won it I'd be a little bemused....

My life would change alright! I wouldnt dread the MOT on the car for starters. I could work part time and have more time for the things I love doing.

Oh and on a very shallow note I would SHOP!

Me too Zazen. If you're not in you can't win. I never do the lottery but do have a few quid with Ernie.

Is that Premium Bonds Bren? I remember my Grandad having them, and being dead chuffed when he got £50 (which was more significant then)

I would love to win enough so that I could own my own home, live comfortably and never worry about paying the bills again and enough so my family could do the same...but the thought of 82 million or over 100 million now makes me feel breathless!
I think the only way I would be able to cope with that much money is to do as I planned above and then find a worthy cause like building schools in the developing world etc Im sure I could bring it down to a much more managable and not so heart raising amount then, and change many more lives in the proccess

I agree, we were chuffed when we won £14 a few weeks ago, let alone £112m. The money would buy you security for certain things: we could buy a house/small holding and wouldn't have to work etc but I expect it could also bring trouble. I know me and the OH would differ on how much we would give to families and no doubt you would find old friends/family coming out of the woodwork in the hope of a hand out.

If you did win would you go public or try and keep it hidden?

I've never bought a lottery ticket. I'm like Alison - Life is sweet as it is - it ain't broke so I'm not trying to fix it!

I bought one, and the like most other people, most of the stress and worry in my life (and my immediate families) is caused by money. If I had some then I could persue my dreams and so could they, or at least we could live in comfort.
I cant do the things I want to, cos I dont have the finantial stability to do it, its that simple.
