  • Today I am grateful for...

That I only have six months left of my O2/iPhone contract before I can drop kick it over the posts at Twickers

    What are you grateful for?

Cheese! I don't have it as often as I'd like because of its fattening properties but tonight I'm making a cheese and onion pie (and chips!) and sod the calories. A bit of what you fancy now and then is a real treat!

Well umm, I'm grateful that the sun is shining this afternoon & that I might be going out to get some new pans tonight, I know that's not very exciting but I've been nagging to go & look for some for ages as my old ones are kn*ckered & we might nip to the pub after!

All the people who offered sympathy and cyber-hugs when I lost my Gemma last week! I am still having the 'not quite believing it' attacks but knowing so many people were sympathetic helped enormously.

((((HUGS)))) Hilary. We lost our old Fella last November, and I still burst into tears at odd moments (like now), and whenever I see a Golden Retriever, I become a snivelling wreck again. Chin up Hon.

The fact that my daughter with the dislocated knee is now feeling much more cheerful and optimistic after her physio appointment at the local hospital. I can even forgive her for insisting on a supermarket shop and me having to carry the bags.

That I got tea out of the freezer in the garage before it tipped down with rain...gosh what an exciting life I lead
