after a spring and summer of misery, and not getting much done, i am having a knee op. ( keyhole) a week monday. so , no more excuses for being a rubbish gardener1 it all went a bit pearshaped this year.

So sorry to learn that you have been incapacitated this year. I sometimes wonder what I do in my garden all year and it isn't until I don't do it that answers the question. Next year you will have before your very eyes the before and after. But remember to look after your knees.. Best wishes...Comment

thanks all, it will be nice to get my normal life back. mostly looking forward to doing horsey things, and next year will have no excuse for lackadasical (!spelling!) gardening effort!Comment
