No, sorry. I'm definitely Beatles era - they rose to greatness when I was in senior school but I don't have any of their music and don't have a favourite.
So many to chose from but it has to be a toss up between "Penny Lane" & "Strawberry Fields".

Hence this thread starting! (I should really have said that in my OP).
I remember well the impact they had and sat glued to the tv and was enraptured by their strange hairstyle their immature, innocent appeal and the wonderful melodies. Love me do....is my favourite.
I love The Beatles, and I can see thay ADITL is a work of art, but........I find it quite dull. I'm not that keen on the whole SPLHCB album, if I'm honest.
I walked down the aisle to 'All you need is love' and we walked back up the aisle (with my husband not doing a runner) to 'Love me do' so they have a special place with me
