Sugar free muesli with homegrown fruit - grapes/raspberries/blueberries in the summer, apples or pears now or toast with homemade jam. I don't like eggs in the morning, so tend to eat my hens' offerings for lunch.

If I'm working days, it's get up at 6, breakfast in work at half 9, and either a full english or cereal, courtesy fo the canteen.
If I'm nights, toast/cereal.
On days off, it's either toast or breakfast in the caf with friends, and it's bacon and cream cheese bagel.
Definitely room for fruit there....

Toast and marmalade for Mr R; fruit, toast and cereal/porridge for children; fruit and crispbread/toast and marmite for me. Freshly ground black coffee for Mr R.
Weekends - pancakes or smoked salmon; sometimes croissants.
My dustbin-like palate means that I can actually eat anything in the morning (last night's curry, ragu, prawn mayo sandwich) in any combination, which is a 'skill' that baffles and slightly appalls Mr R. The only thing that I can't face is anything sweet and I loathe marmalade!I don't roll on Shabbos

Weekdays Grape Nuts with some sort of fruit (default is a banana, second option dried cranberries/apricots etc, in summer anything tasty that was going cheap) and semi-skimmed milk.
Weekends egg and bacon, but at present only 1 rasher of bacon and poached egg rather than fried (trying to cut down a bit, need to lose some weight over the next 2 months!).
Occasional treat, boiled egg with soldiers.
I like a good breakfast, but simply not very interested in the 'full English' as I am not keen on sausages, and don't like tomato WITH egg.Flowers come in too many colours to see the world in black-and-white.
