        Switch on kettle.

Fetch biggest mug in the cupboard (mine).

Rattle in cuttlery draw and emerge with teaspoon.

Open cupboard and remove teabag and sugar pots.

Place one teabag in mug followed by one teaspoon of sugar.

Fetch milk (semi-skimmed) from fridge and pour small amount into mug.

        Hear kettle "click".

Pour hot water from kettle into mug and stir until desired colour achieved.

        Drink and enjoy.

Sorry, but I haven't, you have.

Bone china is completely heat resistant, It is completely dishwasher proof/safe.

I think what we are talking about is old 'pot' items

I have some of my mother's dinner service which was 'pot'. I would not put it through the dishwasher as it would 'craze'.

Pottery glaze has come a long way from the rew 'pot' that my parents had.
