You don't have to do that LJ, I can't find anything on the website thats all. I will give them a ring. You are so good to us - thanks LJ.

If it is the case that kids are excluded I do think thats a bit off when they moan about kids not picking up the cause but then excluding them from the very thing that would spark interest.

Yes, thanks LJ, I'm really hoping to go along but weekends with family are precious so it means all going together. My daughter is 7 too, so free entry sounds just the ticket (if you forgive the pun).

OK, OH says yeah! Must've caught him on a good day. It's a bit of a trek for us so thought about making a weekend trip of it and put in a bit of walking - I think the scenery's great isn't it?

Just a quick point for those who live close, can anyone reccommend a nice reasonable hotel to stay in locally? thanks, Jan

              Jan,
Living nearby is why I don't know any hotels round Malvern, so sorry, not able to help you on this one. Good luck though.

Gyo Malvern Meet Sunday 13th May

Trousers has now booked us tickets for Sunday 13th May for the showground, and paid our £10 carparking fee for the Gold Car Parking Facilities, and so now, we can picnic and wee to our hearts' content, knowing that we're going to meet some fabulous new friends, and not have to travel too far to do any of that....
Would it be ok with everyone wanting to go to use this post for Piglet to co-ordinate the picnic too? That way, everyone knows who wants to do what and we don't end up with two people providing the same.

Besides 'filling in any obvious gaps in terms of food' Trousers and I will bring Kettle, Coffee, Tea, Sugar, Milk and something to 'procure' all of these things together on to make a lovely mug of whatever 'blows your frock up'.....

Wellie is it necessary to book in advance in order to park in the Gold car park?

                    Gold Car Park Booking

I believe so, or at least they lead you believe that there are 'limited' spaces to be had, and certainly in our experience, the Gold Car Park was full to overflowing last year, so advisable to book in advance I'd say yes.....

Would love to come, but its a 3 hour drive (which I don't mind) and not sure if the finances will allow it. Hope those who do go have a lovely day.

Tis a bit too far for me too, I'm afraid, and as finances are stretched as tight as I can make them as it is, I just don't think I can justify it.

Hope everyone going has a fab time, and we'll all be looking forward to the pics afterwards!
