I'm afraid we arent going to be able to make it after all!

We've bagged a free 6' by 4' aluminium / glass greenhouse for the back yard, but its got to be dismantled and collected by next weekend, and the only chance we are going to get is the weekend of the show, so I dont think we will make it, sorry!

Was really looking forwards to it too! Hope everyone that does make it has a great time!
        Blessings

I wonder if Wellie, Trousers, me, partner-in-grime Jane & tribe can go and heckle the GYO team.....!?

After we've eaten Wellie's smoked chicken and puy lentils, my cheese straws and Jane's cake, that is.

                Hazel,
                Trust me Sweetheart, we will....
Can I be so bold as to ask who will be on the GYO Stand on Sunday? It would be so lovely to put names to faces, and I'm 'more than sure' that they would welcome a lovely lunch if they were able to own up to who they were before the day? and, particularly, exactly where there are to be 'found' within the Showground, so that we can bring them some well-earned 'goodies' to eat.! Without their participation, we won't know, and we'll never find them, no? MAKE SURE YOU CONTACT US GUYS AND GURLS!

I have been meaning to find this thread and add to it for ages but never managed to get round to it - sorry.

Madmax and I are not able to go to the show now. With Madmax not working we have to watch the pennies and elder son is starting his GCSE's next week so a weekend off for us is now out of the question

We were really looking forward to it but sometimes other stuff just takes over. Hope all the grapes that go take loads of pics for those of us that can't and please everyone have a great day out!
                    Happy Gardening,
                    Shirley

Blow your own trumpet, Nick, why don;t you!

And yes, STG, you will be missing the social event of the year....what other opportunity will you have to see Wellie and me doing that shrieky girly thing. Hmm, on second thoughts, perhaps you're best off where you are!

Too far for the Flums too, but there's a GW for an hour which will give me the flavour - if not the camaraderie. Enjoy yourselves and think of absent friends!
