I have a problem and hope you can help.
I have tried to log on as Bubblewrap but kept getting rejected and when I tried to request a password reminder it didn't work.
I have re-registered as aka........ to ask this question but really would like to get back on as Bubblewrap.
Can you please send me a password reminder for my old account as I think this may be where the problem arose.

No -we can't.
Only the admin team can.

We will alert them to the post - but try looking in your spam folder as that's where the password request usually ends up when people don't receive them.

Thanks guys, glad there isn't a problem with me or my sense of humour

Madderbat tried to log in to post a help request for me, but it told her that she'd put the wrong password in too many times as well and she'd only done it once.

I hope it's not our computer..... eeeK! but Ive been on other forums tonight.

Hope to hear from admin to put this right.

Did you check your spam folder on your emails? As Admin will only send another one and it might go straight in there again.

Also - try looking at your cookies and deleting the Vine one - and then use your original password - it seems weird if both of you have had the same problem.
