Before I moved here I had a job working at a B&Q store in East London/Essex - long story, but basically bored at home etc etc,. Ended up as a manager and one day got a call to customer services.
A woman wanted to complain about another manager, a young guy who to me didn't seem the full ticket anyway, east London yob really.
The young woman concerned had the attributes of Mrs Dobby in her pic on a beautiful summer day if you see what I mean. The young woman had come into the store with a complaint - yes I know, B&Q and complaints - and the manager concerned had spent the whole of the time talking to her with his nose almost tucked into her cleavage. She - not unreasonably - wanted an apology after asking him - not unreasonably - to look at her face not her cleavage.
I got called - older wiser sort of bloke and his manager - after she had asked him what his manager would have thought of his conduct and he said something along the lines of 'he'd think you had a lovely pair of t*ts also'.
So he got told off, she got an apology from me and her refund (which she should have got anyway) and the story was round the store in about two minutes so every guy was leering after her - Bubblewrap is right it's a man thing!
