I use Sanex and T-Gel too! As I said before, any non-Bio product for laundry.

My eczema triggers are stress and heat. If I'm stressed, I get hot, so I'm guessing it could just be the heat thing. You should get your legs out, even if only indoors. The fresh air and light will probably help! I don't have eczema on any visible part of me, just the hidden areas; back of knees, inside of elbow, crutch, armpits and scalp! I guess I could walk around starkers, but it would frighten the animals!

Mine is symmetrical patches on outer thighs and outer arms, inside elbow of left arm and ring finger of right hand.

I did once have it on both eyelids, which was quite distressing as they were all pink, scabby and peeling

My nephew used to have bad excema and was sent to see the top doctors / specialists in this field, it turned out it was stress and this was a boy in primary school, his nose looked like a mouldy bit of cheese and was about to drop off, it was awful. One consultation with these guys and it all came tumbbling out about him being bullied at school. It cleared up, but it comes back when ever he is stressed, but now an adult in his 40's he knows the signs and can controll it a bit more.

O.W.G., going back to the white shirts you said you were having to buy quite a few & it was working out expensive, you could either buy the really cheap ones from Asda/Tesco etc. & throw them away when they look grubby or you could invest a bit more & they should last longer. O.H. buys a lot of shirts from T.M.Lewin, they're good quality & last ages, he's got wardrobes full of them . They usually have offers on for 4 for £100 but have 4 for £90 at the moment, you can buy online or in their shops, lots need cufflinks however but you can buy cheap silk knot ones for a few pounds. Here's a link.

I don't think I have any clothes that would let me have my legs out! I live in leggings (literally - i have no pairs of trousers haha) Besides I'd scare the neighbours

I'm not sure what triggers mine - I've always had allergies but no exma until this year. Mine is in a similar place, T_S = Symettrical places on shins, arms and a patch on my left finger. Strange.

Thanks for the tips for the bedsheets - I didn't realise you had to soak them. If I soak them overnight in the bath, how much stuff do you put in??

Aaah, Leggings. That must mean you're a 'She" and I always thought you were a 'He!" Sorry!

If you and TS have 'symmetrical' patches, that sounds to me like a different cause to mine, which are all 'hot spots.' Weird. If I have any brainwaves (yes, they have been known, cheeky!), I'll let you know.
