I do hope you find her soon, I know if it was our moggie missing I'd be going spare! I locked Louis in the chicken/rabbit run once overnight and I think he spent the night in with the rabbit! He did looked relieved to see me in the morning.

I am so sorry, dont give up hope, one of our lads went missing but did come back after five days.....I was so worried.

Go out calling for her before dawn when every where is quite. I walked miles at dusk and dawn.

We've spent a lot of time going door to door and walking round back alleys calling her etc. Her poor brother is really missing her too.

Any news yet? Cats have a very small territory and will seldom go out of it unless frightened. Then they hide and only creep back when real hunger dictates. I do hope your cat comes home soon.

Which department would you contact at the council?

I hope you don't need to but I think it was Highways...they keep a record of any misfortunate cats they find

That does depend on the cat, one of ours rarely ventures off our property (and that's not very far ) but I've known the other one to cover about 3 miles, although not so often now he's older and likes his home comforts.

I did ring the council and they had no record of any cats in our area plus apparently they scan for microchips as standard so as she is chipped we would be contacted. Hopefully that is good news.
Anyway we will keep looking and hoping and giving her brother lots of TLC in the meantime.
