Just wanted to mention to you all that its my Mum and Dad's Diamond (60th) wedding anniversary on Thursday. Feel quite emotional about it all as they're the first one in the family to celebrate such an achievement, and after my Mum suffered a heart attack six years ago, wasn't too sure whether they'd get there. Only having a family do (well two do's actually) as Mum's still not in the best of health but felt that we needed to mark the occasion. It was snowing when they got married 60 years ago - wonder if it will be snowing on Thursday?
