Last few days have been very busy, ending with production of our first grandchild. Charlie weighed in at 8lb after a long and difficult birth which as number two birth partner was the most amazing and stressful experience ever!
Step daughter was amazing and found inner strengthand all was well in the end, very proud.
It's a whole new experience and lovely to see a new born baby from one step away, if you know what I mean. I suppose age and experience comes in to play and suddenly I am the one who's supposed to know it all.
Anyway, he's beautiful and we are totally besotted.
