It looks reallly lovely, much more original than the ones I used to do where I'd get fed up of trying to smooth out the royal icing & end up fluffing it up with a knife & saying it was a snowstorm!
I tend to just buy a strip of ready-to-roll icing now & stick a piece of plastic holly on top!
