World Book Night | A million reasons to read a book

The premise is you pick a book from the list, one you have read and can recommend and, if selected, you are then sent 50 copies to distribute on 5th March.

If I am successful, I'll be getting 50 copies of Life of Pi.

I had a look at this when it was advertised on the Culture Show a few weeks back, but although I think the idea is a fantastic one, I am not that fond if the choice of books offered -albeit Carol Ann Duffy is a fantastic poet, and Life of Pi is a brillient book, there are other books that would be my preference and that I feel more passionate about.
Notice there are no true classics!!
